Honestly not quite sure what they do. I go to One Medical and all you can see through the glass doors are a lot of those USPS crates stacked with mail. There is a lot of it. And there is no one in there. It is like this everytime I go. The mail volume fluctuates but it is all stacked by the door. During the pandemic you weeks have barely been able to walk into the office.
