Great Helpful Friendly spot
Brought my car in for a recall repair, and when I got it back, the air vent was damaged, something that absolutely wasn’t broken before. I reported it immediately and was told it would be “looked into.” Since then, I’ve called multiple times but nothing, whenever I’m supposed to be contacted no-one ever does, the manager is always hard to get on the phone and I’ve been told there’s an “ongoing investigation” but no one can explain what that actually means or where it’s going.
