Just dealt with the first apartment they did great
The finance department sucks. I’ve been trying to reach them for the last month. I called 10 times and left my name and number for someone to call back. But they never did. As soon as they sell you a car, they don’t care about you. Go to a different dealer
Marvin Clay, the service manager is absolutely amazing. His honesty and loyalty to his customers is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. If there is one place you can trust in riverside it’s this place. They value their customers and it absolutely shows. Just when I thought I didn’t have any faith left in humanity, my faith was restored today with our interaction. I love Subarus and I love DCH Subaru of Riverside! You have a highly loyal customer.
