We called ahead to double check that they were open, drove 45 minutes got there an hour before closing with a sick 4 year old. Then as soon as we walked in we were told we couldn’t be seen…a complete waste of time and I thought considering it is through the hospital there would be higher professionalism
Arrived around 9:30 and exited around 1030. Nurses very nice.
I unfortunately was not impressed with my experience at Quick Care. From the moment I arrived, the lady working at the front window came across as very demanding and unapproachable, which made the experience less welcoming- which sick people are typically already on edge! I then waited approximately an hour and a half in the waiting room, which was frustrating considering this is supposed to be a “Quick Care” department. Everyone in that office is incredible. They are nice and they make their patients feel like they care and not just a patient. So nice!
