RecommendedIm so happy i went to DCH Paramus Honda!!! I talk to Jenssy and he just gave me a better offer to get my CR-V 2019. This car was brand new with just 15 miles, i love it. The best of all this is that i know next time will be better 💪🏽💪🏽
Worst dealership ! They lost my spare key of the leased vehicle and sales man told why didn’t you bring the key ( you signed the contract). I went back the same night of the transaction, about an hour later and he was not at his desk, so receptionist said give it time and I will forward the key to him. Now she is saying no one gave me the key. Beware of theses sale man , they are very nice if you are willing to over pay for the vehicles, but if you bargain they will do these fishy thing. We had an excellent experience. Jennsy Diaz went above and beyond for us and got us approved for a brand new Pilot, and then Dee Mustafa in finance explained everything to us and answered all of our questions so we knew exactly what was going on in regard to the terms of our lease. I was very impressed with the salesman I dealt with at Paramus Honda, his name was Ramon Fana. I was happy with the price I paid for my GMC pickup truck, well below the book value. I drove 3 hours in the pouring rain to pick this truck up. They were nice enough to have this truck fully detailed prior to me picking it up and pull it into a dry area for me to inspect. Had a great buying experience of a CPO Accord for my son. Harold Martin is excellent and I highly recommend seeing him for your next car. Ermus in the CPO delivery area was also excellent. The entire experience was relaxed and I feel I was given a very good deal. We had negative buying experiences with two other area Honda dealers and should have come to DCH Paramus Honda first. I will next time.

I recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Paramus Honda and I received great service from Jenssy my sales rep, Jada who went over all of the bells and whistles of my new car, Chong the manager and Dee in finance. They were very nice and very patient. This is my second car I have purchased from this dealership and I have always been treated nice and felt comfortable spending my money here.
