Guys when u go for tire rotation or such service with any dealer make sure you mark the tire as I did go to DCH Honda Paramus & they charge but but didn’t rotate the tire then after fighting with them they told me it’s mistake we will do it now... This happened to some of my other friends also... I buy 5 cars with them before...3 of them having issues in service....specially tire rotation...as they charge but don’t do it then after some time they told you need new tire... It happened on 7/13/2020

Such an amazing and pleasant experience! Everyone is so kind and patient. Ramon was super helpful with helping me choose my new vehicle and answer all of my questions! By not deceiving customer by adding extended warranties without the buyers consent, and when asked to take the warranty down dragging their feet, filling out the forms skipping information that they know will delay the process. Mr Wael Yunes general sales manager promises us that this matter was going to be resolved quickly... that was more than 2 months ago, we have been at the dealer several times...just to hear more excuses and promises, terrible customer service!!
