Really pleased with my first visit here. Never had any one draw my blood that didn’t leave a mark!
I was in today with my 9month grandson and Fran and Hannah R did an excellent job. First stick and great patient care and even to my other grandchildren. Thank you
Hopefully the right person sees this. The people behind the desk that should set the tone for patients are not friendly. Never am I greeted with a “HEY HOW ARE YOU” several of the ladies had their phone in plain sight playing games. The Phlebotomists or whoever that draws the blood are always nice!
I truly hate to complain about any healthcare facility, having stated that it's simply ridiculous to wait an hour or more for a scheduled appointment. My husband has some health issues and had an appointment for an echo in the cardiology department and an ultrasound for possible blood clots in the medical towers, these are 2 separate buildings, we waited an hour in cardiology before he was ever called back for the echo and we were literally the only people waiting.
