Avoid this dealership and service center at all costs. I have a brand-new **2025 Audi Q7 Prestige** with serious mechanical issues, yet they have blocked me from even getting it into the shop. I recently visited Audi and worked with Ziad, and the experience didn’t meet the standard I would expect from a luxury dealership. To be fair, the dealership itself and the cars on display were beautiful, exactly what you’d expect from the brand. By far the best and quickest car shopping experience. These guys, Jake and Francisco, are no nonsense and as good as they come. Joe was the coolest, most transparent finance guy of all time. I flew out from Cali and they took care of the rest. I’m 100% going to hit them up next time I need another car. Thanks again guys, y’all are awesome.
I am very disappointed in the communication and service that was given to me. I called service on a Thursday to schedule an appointment to get my tires fixed due to it being flat. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 10am. I get to the dealer and was informed that my service will not be done today because now on Saturdays they do not service tires!?
