Salesman Michael was a gem. Energetic and (very) anxious to be of assistance and move things forward in a positive way. Seriously, he jumped through hoops to make sure everything was a OK. Yes it is a sales situation, and you will get the usual pitch from him and the finance manager including all the usual back-and-forth but that’s the system we have after all.
