Visited the property last week and it was great! Had the opportunity to meet Victoria (Trilogy), and Shayda with the DCH team. When my lease is up I’ll definitely return for another tour!

Living at the Optima Old Orchard managed by DCH has been a generally positive experience. The team really puts in the effort to address residents’ needs and keep the property running smoothly. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and often go out of their way to resolve issues.
