Russ was a big help with the steering rack issue. He handled the situation with confidence, kept the repair details clear, and made sure everything stayed easy to follow. I appreciated that he did not make the process feel drawn out or confusing. Russ came across as professional, steady, and reliable, and the whole service experience felt well handled from start to finish.
Excellent service, very quick, and super friendly. I just came in for an oil change as part of Honda maintenance for a new vehicle, waited in their waiting room and did a bit of work, Reliable wifi, and they completed the work about twice as fast as they estimated for me.
I feel good taking my Honda Odyssey to DCH Honda of Temecula. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My service advisor Russ is great! Never had a bad experience. I will continue to take my vehicle there.
