Took the car in for an oil change and was told our purchased lifetime oil change, did not exist. They told us the Honda Pass (25,000) expired and were not helpful. Paid nearly $1,000 at the time of purchase for this oil change package and was required to pay $80 for the oil change.
This happens to be the place. Had a problem with front bumper, took my Honda in right away, fixed and done. I believe his name was frank,gives this man a raise. If I'm wrong with the name, my honda color is black, the one with the messed up bumper. Dch honda if temecula ya'll are the best!!
The service department is great Larry is the best’est…The sales team is friendly & helpful. Please bring back the shuttle for local drop offs & pick ups 🙏🏼 thanks for taking good care of my Honda’s over the last 10 years… They keep Roll’n Roll’n Roll’n
It was easy to setup an appointment, and when I walked in I was greeted by Omar A. He was friendly, knew his stuff and was able to explain to me what the car needed and how long they would take to fix it. Highly recommend their service department. Their waiting area was also very clean and professional with refreshments available to customers while they wait.
