Great dealership in person, but terrible trying to get ahold of them over the phone. I contacted sales 3 times for questions, and every time I left a message, they never got back to me. The same issue happened when I called their main service line, and they also informed me sales would get back to me, to which they didn’t. I recommend improvement on this end.
The employees are respectful and provide fast and quality service. I was able to get routine maintenance as well as a recall taken care of in a timely manner and they returned my car washed, something extremely unexpected but appreciated. Bryan was professional and helpful making my first experience with DCH Honda great. I had previously been going to Pacific Honda and finally got fed up and am glad I did. I came in with a weak A/C — at least it still worked. After their diagnosis, it stopped working completely and now only blows hot air. To make matters worse, someone clearly ate in my car — and now it reeks. No follow-up, no proper contact info, no accountability. And now they want $2,700 to fix it. I feel completely let down.
I went there for recall notice, and they fixed check engine light on and low pressure tires alert issue for free.
