I came in with a weak A/C — at least it still worked. After their diagnosis, it stopped working completely and now only blows hot air. To make matters worse, someone clearly ate in my car — and now it reeks. No follow-up, no proper contact info, no accountability. And now they want $2,700 to fix it. I feel completely let down.
I went there for recall notice, and they fixed check engine light on and low pressure tires alert issue for free.
