Every time I’ve ordered parts online my order is delayed. I usually wait a week and after no progress, I send an email reminder
Scheduled appointment for regular check up. Just over $200 for tire rotation, oil change, fluid checks, etc. Not a bad price for the dealership. But the service took far longer than it usually does. We saw many other customers come and go, yet we kept waiting. The technicians didn’t find any other issues with the car. No one came up to update us on why the checkup was taking so long. The full appointment took over 3 hours. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.
I came in today for help trying to find out what this mystery hose is that fell out of my car while I was fixing it. Pat at the parts center was incredibly helpful. Very thoughtful in helping me review the part and gave me some good leads. This is exactly how you build a lifelong customer.
