I stopped in there a few weeks ago for service and decided to take a walk to the showroom where I was greeted by Devon. He was eager to strike a conversation and was able to keep us engaged while we waited for our car to get worked on. Somehow one thing led to another, and we left leasing a brand new Expedition. Not once did we feel pressured and the entire process was seamless and pleasant. If anyone is in the market, please go see Devon you won’t regret it !

Purchased and traded in my car at DCH Ford of Eatontown. My immediate experience with the sales dept was in fact disappointing. Sales rep was seemingly unreliable in his knowledge of product and costs, not confident is his answers, clearly not fully trained or perhaps just didn't care or was being purposefully evasive. I would ask what a charge was for and he didn't seem to really understand or have the ability to explain each line item and would "go find out" or leave me to "ask the finance" department.
