Howard was a wonderful salesman, full of so called facts and promises. Once the problems started happening and day after driving car off lot, what an attitude change. I understand I purchased a used vehicle, however, hard earned cash was used to pay for it. Drove home with car, a few hours later took car for a ride and banging noise coming from under car.
