I have a 1996 Lincoln Town Car with 30,000 miles in near mint condition. for the most part all it ever needed was an oil change and servicing. Luck ran out as the driver's window stopped working along with the AC. Not bad for the amount of years on it. After bringing it to my mechanic he recommended bringing it to a Ford service center as the AC failure was due to a part called the blend door actuator. Had oil change,On way home air dam under engine was not secured,Clips were gone,This is the second time this has happened,Im not happy..Also i purchased the vehicle in december,there is a water leak on passenger front floor,Was told its not covered under warranty,and i have to pay..If it is not covered i will contact ford directly..
