Very professional and polite work was done as scheduled
Customer service from Chris Bennett was great! He was very attentive and always kept me up to speed. Everyone should have Chris as their service advisor! Cohen was great too! I do wish they changed the pick up times for those that work 9-5. The picking up process was a mess and disorganized. I was sent to 3 different people to locate my keys and the young woman working the front desk was not the warmest or nicest. Outstanding as always.
I had to leave my Jeep at the dealer overnight, but picked up the SUV the next morning. Everything was repaired and the Jeep Grand Cherokee runs great.
Went in for warranty repair and received great customer service. The only downfall is they’re so busy. But their friendly customer service makes up for it!
