First time here today getting an oil changed under the Lithia free oil change plan. got an appointment for 4:30 PM. Check in went smoothly and then it was downhill from there. At an hour and a half I decided to check on my car and I came to find out they didn’t even take it in yet. Ended up spending about three hours to get this oil change. I almost wish I just paid for it at a different shop. If you decide to go to this service center better off asking for a loaner. Zero empathy of customer time and satisfaction
Went there to look at a particular used car. They called me at 5:56 and confirmed availability. When I arrived at 6:39 car was not available. Tried to sell me something more expensive by $7,000. Typical bait and switch another example of a dealer that will do anything just to get you in the door. Don't waste your time. Stick with reputable dealers.
