I recently brought my car in because I was hearing a grinding sound, after they did the inspection the summary stated that all 4 of my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced and were damaged beyond repair. A lot of people are saying they had to wait a long time for there cars but I had no problem doing so I had great service from Paul , he called me a uber home and when he told me car was ready in the morning it was ready . He assisted from start to finish .
I had a 9:00am appointment. My car needed routine maintenance/multi point inspection, 30k miles. Was told it would be about an hour and a half when I got checked in (around 9:15). It was THREE HOURS!
