DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. We have lived here a total of two months, and we hate every minute of it. They over charge for everything. They tell you water and garbage is included. Yes it is included, in your montly rent. 1065 turns in 1110. Then they want a non refundable pet deposit of 350. And once you move out they charge you to clean the rugs 200 even though you gave them almost 400. They refuse to let us have a fence because we do not want to buy a 10x10 tiny fence for 1500... read more
I lived there for a yr they would not renew my lease they only gave us 2 weeks to beable to fine another place. They made us move before our lease was up an still try to charge us for that month...an there were verry verry rude when I would talk to them...the apts are not worth as much as they want for rent. An there still tryn to get more money out of us. I do not recomemnd for anybody to move there
I lived here for 6 mo nths before i had to break my lease for deployment. The people are rude and gave me a hard time all the way through even when I got to Afghanistan I had to call them because they were still trying to charge me rent. They ignored me when I explained about the civil relief act and I had to get an attorney involved. The apartments are not that nice and you can hear everything your neighbor does all of the time.
