We came in today for a lawnmower part and the girl at the counter didn’t even want to bother to help us with the part we needed!! Just said we don’t sell that brand!!! All riding mowers have pulleys!! Nothing special about it!! Just said there’s too many to choose from and would not be bothered to even look!! Thanks!!
My husband and I brought three push lawn mowers for repair. We were charged total of $330 @ $110 each. Before we realized none of them worked we had brought a fourth lawn mower to DC Outdoors for repair. We were charged $185! Just wanted to share our experience as I had written the company a letter and received no response. Hopefully, others will have a better experience. I will not return there.
I got my lawnmower repaired here. Got it home and it broke down after one use. After numerous phone calls and no return call. Took somewhere else to have repaired. The new shop informed the belt was not put on correctly and that was the cause of the issue. I would not recommend taking anything here to be repaired.
