I’ve called the tax office multiple times for personal and business reasons, and every time the representative has been knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. Seriously, I’d think that they were my personal representative.

I had a great experience at DC OTR. Amani Everett answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She stayed on the line through my entire call and ensured I was able to achieve all of my goals. This was genuinely the best experience I had with any DC department - ever.

I walked in at 10 AM on a Tuesday, briefly explained my predicament to the friendly gentleman upfront who gave me a number, and I took a seat. I waited for maybe 20 minutes in good air conditioning and then was called over to a window. That kind fellow was not able solve my problem right then and there, but he explained exactly what I needed to do, so I went home and took care of the first step he gave me. So just a heads up and you can fact check me. But our government follows a thing called judicial immunity, which allows government officials, cops judges and others to commit the same time and not be held responsible. And why we have judges releasing multiple convicted pedophiles. Which the judge should have time in a prison where he sends hard-working people.
