TERRIBLE. I went in for shellac removal which usually takes 10 minutes. It took 45 minutes, they left my nails completely ruined and uneven. He started cutting my nails WITH the shellac still on which is completely wrong and made the nails look even worse. I could feel him struggle to cut through 3 LAYERS of polish. The other worker was completely dismissive of my concerns, starting that the process was fine. I would never return here. Go to Pedi N Nails up the street instead.
