VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I paid in advance for services, $700.00!. When I went to the appointment, the esthetician (the owner Lilabeth) had gone out of the country and no one had even contacted me. The next time I had the appointment, I was called THAT day saying they were out of Botox. I tried one more time and she had ONCE AGAIN gone out of the country. When I asked for a refund, I was told "it had been mailed" and this was on three different occasions. That was over a month ago and still no check. Hmmmm
