DC Mechanical installed 4 brand new HVAC systems in our new office space. The units never worked properly from installation, it took them months and multiple visits to get the many issues resolved. Each technician provided a different explanation as to what was wrong and they had to call in the manufacturer to figure out the issue. In the middle of the work, we were told the company went "under" and was rebranded. New management was responsive in the beginning, now they just won't return our calls.
