If you come here for polite customer service, you'll be disappointed. The guy in the scale house desperately need some psychotherapy to cope better with his anger management issues. If you want a fast-paced place to dump excess concrete and stone (DC DPW does not accept it), then you'll be as happy as I was.
Straightforward. I had 15 pavers the DC dump wouldn’t take. Gentlemen helped me out. Was super kind. In and out!
This young man is rude ,angry,nasty,no professionalism .I will not be returning to this location.I found e better place half of the price with the most welcoming smile just around the corner Dump Concrete Aggregate and Debris Constraction on 5800 sherif RD,MD,20745 with a half of the cost. 0 stars
The guy in the trailer is rude, and disrespectful. He has not customer service etiquette. He needs to be fired immediately. I have read some of the reviews, and everyone says the same thing.
