On the advice of the Kingston Yacht Club manager (see my separate review of KYC) I was directed to Henry and DC Marine. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with this entire outfit, who kept saying they were doing me a big favour by helping me, rather than treating me as a paying customer!!! Fantastic and fast service.. went in for a new starter, they also fixed multiple issues with my trailer. Went above and beyond to get it done before Canada day celebrations.
Terrible, doesn’t return phone calls. Does not update you. Didn’t fix my 9.9 outboard, but certainly charged me like he did. The bad reviews (like mine) should be taken seriously. Henry ( owner) is not trustworthy.
