I had a wonderful experience finding a new apartment to call home with DC Management. I worked with one of their leasing agents, Madelyn, who was very responsive and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and helped make the application process smooth! Overall it was an easy process and I'd highly recommend starting your housing search with DC Management!
We have had great luck with DC Property! Just signed our lease for a second year. The property management team (shout out to Lily!) is incredibly responsive whether we have questions or an issue they are happy to help or point us in the right direction. I would highly recommend renting from DC!
Last November, the apartment complex had no hot water for 1 week 5 days. The complex now has electrical problem thats been going on for over a week now with no resolution. Food are getting ruin and electronics are getting damage.
Communication with the rental management company has always been prompt, friendly, and understanding. Even when we had hiccups with tenants moving out, and new people taking their place, DC was very accommodating.
Lily truly cares about each resident and was always extremely responsive and professional. She made our experience with DC Management memorable.
