I experienced unprofessional, poor and lazy communication from whomever manages some of their Portland, ME listings. It was like I was trying to sell THEM the apartment the way I had to pry for basic information.
This review is regarding DC Management and their building Rumery Lofts. Soon after I moved in, a pipe burst on the second floor. That disaster kicked off more than six weeks of construction happening nearly every day from early morning to evening. It’s still not completely resolved. I inquired about new units in my area today and I reached out directly to management as that’s what their website instructed to do. I asked for information regarding specific units and the application process - they responded by saying units aren’t available and won’t be if current residents renew leases and ignored my asking about a waitlist.
