I absolutely love living in my apartment, the grounds are always clean. It’s a beautiful area and I love watching the planes land and takeoff! I would also like to mention Lily Brennan, she been wonderful and so pleasant and punctual in her communication, top notch!
My father resided at Griffin Road Apartments for about 5 years, very nice clean big apartments, he had more than enough room. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a safe, clean and friendly place to reside! Tracy Johnson
DC Managent took over the building that I live in last January and what a TREMENDOUS POSITIVE change this has been. DC is easy to work with, always available to hear any concerns that tenants have and seek to resolve the isssue with a positive solution in a timely manor. Everyone is approachable and very friendly and extremely professional.
My husband and I have been tenants at Riverbrook for 6 years. DC Management has been one of the best companies to rent from. The complex is always kept clean, and problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. Lily has been an amazing property manager. I had a wonderful experience finding a new apartment to call home with DC Management. I worked with one of their leasing agents, Madelyn, who was very responsive and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and helped make the application process smooth!
