Unethical in helping my friend Rick. They took 30,000 dollars from him. Disgusting.
They and their client took advantage of my neighbor Rick who was the nicest guy on the block for decades. They took his house and $30K because they could legally get away with it. Not right.

DC law and there client took total advantage of me and stole 30000 from me unreal now they are breaking all the contracts and there client is living in my home on my dime please take my advice don't do business there horrible person
