I am absolutely disgusted with the overall treatment I have received from DC Motors Rockhampton / Jeep. I have taken my car from Gladstone to your Rockhampton dealership three separate times to have the same issue fixed, and each time the problem was not resolved. On top of this, I was quoted over $4,000 for a rear bush kit—more than double what it should cost. My vehicle is front-wheel drive, and I have since been advised that this repair was not urgent. Called multiple time and got transferred even multiple times. Explained multiple times what my car was doing, they said it would be a month wait to get looked at. They looked at it said it was fine. Got in my car to all the warning lights still on. I just took it to another dealership and the entire crash safety system is fried and the car shouldn't be driven till repaired. So I definitely won't be going back to DC.
Called multiple time and got transferred even more times. Explained multiple times what my car was doing, they said it would be a month wait to get looked at only for them to not fix the issue because they only listen to 1/4 of the issue. Terrible experience, I usually get my car serviced there and I will not be going back. (a car I also purchased from them)

My tyre nuts were cross threaded once again! This is so dangerous! Imagine getting a flat tyre while you’re alone in your car with 3 children. No big deal, I can change a tyre. To my surprise I couldn’t get two of the nuts off. So I called my father in law to come rescue me on the side of the highway at 8pm on a Saturday night. He couldn’t get them off with a rattle gun after failing to get them off the old fashioned way! After a while they finally snapped and the tyre was changed.
