Update 3years later: THESE PEOPLE HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will lie on you and your name. They are disrespectful and very rude too. The first guy I met with came into my home and stated that if I allowed them to advertise in my yard and write a great review that they’d help cover my deductible. They also have my account labeled in their system and “not paid” when the person who was the supervisor at that time and worked for THEM is the cause for that not me. Horrible experience with this Co. I have contacted the office for somebody to come by to inspect my roof which was replaced by DC Generals about 4 years. There is a damp odor on a corner of the garage every time it rains as well as in one of the rooms. The Co that cleans my gutters noticed some issue with the gutter or that part of the roof in one room. The man from DC Generals that came to check was very rude, and unprofessional it seems he just wanted to leave and get it over with, he did not bother to check the attic roof... read more
Great job very pleased with job so far
Impeccable service and quality! They helped me get my roof for $500- the deductible for my insurance, upgraded my shingles to Architectural shingles, and installed a free new sunroof when light debris from the old wood fell from the old sunroof and they didn’t like it’s integrity! Clean up was outstanding. Refreshing to find a company with this type of honesty and intergrity!
