Lucas and his team were very professional and patient. Unfortunately, the previous owner of our house had a lot of DIY electrical work done, so Lucas and his team had to spend the majority of the time figuring it out. I highly recommend them. And would definitely call Lucas for future electrical work. Going from a 4 to 5 star. Was knowledgeable and quick to resolve my electrical issue. The price was reasonable as well. This guy came out and did some basic diagnostic work for a common electrical issue, did not solve the problem, and charged around $100. Then he left and did not respond to my calls or texts. I could not find any evidence that he is bonded or licensed by the city of Chicago to perform electrical work.
Lucas and his team were very professional and patient. Lucas did something that other big company could not and would not do, and that is he gave me his price for labor and material for a job that I already know that needs to be done. That is total honesty and service to his customer. The other company I called told me that they will send a technician right away for a free inspection and they will determine what job needs to be done and they will quote me the price after inspection.
