I have to tell everyone how great Dr. Chang is. His exam was thorough and with the cleaning, which I expected from the staff, was actually done by the Dr. himself. He has an assistant on one side doing the suctioning and Dr. Chang on the other side doing the cleaning. It was extremely fast and my teeth have never looked so polished and bright. No short-cuts--extremely efficient and I am going to recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Chang......my dental fears are gone thanks to you.
*********************** is a ripoff artist. You come in and tell him what you need and he does another procedure. I came in for Bridge repair and paid $1000 out of pocket. The temporary bridge that was made for did not fit and broke. When I return to office they wanted me to pay 250 for another temporary bridge which I did not have. In order to get permanent bridge I have to pay $702 for root canal. So now my permanent bridges which is paid for is being held hostage until I pay for root canal.
My elderly mother is a patient with DC Dental in *******, **. She was improperly fitted for dentures and she mentioned that right after, but her comment was disregarded. The end product is unusable because it is making her gums sore and it is painful to eat with them. She has been back to DC Dental several times trying to get these adjusted with no success because every time they adjusted one part, another one would start causing pain.
