It was my first time filling a claim using BUPA and the receptionist was extremely kind and patient and helped me through the whole process.
Dr Yeli is great and made me feel heard and validated. Very professional. Lady at front desk and the nurse who did my blood test were so friendly and welcoming.
I’ve been going to this medical centre for a while now and the staff is incredible and knowledgeable - they really listen and make an effort to make you feel comfortable. I always feel relaxed and welcomed. And it’s very affordable which is so rare nowadays! So glad I found the perfect practice.
I’m so glad I found DC Medical! I needed to get a blood test done and from the moment I stepped through the door, I felt so welcomed. Nel, the lovely receptionist, greeted me with such a bright smile and instantly made me feel welcomed. Dr. Yeli is absolutely fantastic, so warm, patient, and genuinely such a great listener.
