Soooo...in the middle of writing a chapter, my laptop screen went dark, and I could not revive it. I tried all my tricks...nothing. Panicking, I went to DC Computers where I always purchase my computers and they fixed it in 20 minutes. The owner was super kind to me knowing I am not a hardware or software person, just a network person. I highly recommend. They even laugh at bad jokes, no charge.
Spent a lot of money having my computer battery and keyboard being completely replaced with a brand new battery (for a macbook pro). This died within a year and I am out of state so cannot bring it back in.
