These guys had great reviews online so I thought I would check them out when my MacBook went dark. They let me know how long it would take right away and stayed in communication about every detail. Great experience here. I wanted a windows computer and traded in a MacBook for a pretty sweet Lenovo laptop. They are one of the only places in town that do trades so you don't have to deal with 3rd party selling. After about 2 days with the windows, I had cold feet and wanted to go back to MacOS. I went right back and they just handed me the exact Macbook I wanted and took back the Lenovo and said we were square. Great service. Will buy all my computers here.
