Excellent! They cleaned a stuck key and tightened the hinge on my laptop and it was all done in about two hours. Would recommend.
Dropped my Apple Pencil and the half of the tip broke off inside the pencil. I was referred to here from the Best Buy Geek Squad after they were unable to help out. 10/10 would recommend and will come back if I have any other issues. Thanks!

They did a really good job at cleaning up my laptop during their diagnostic. Although I wasn’t able to afford the fix with it being 200-400 to replace the board (400-600 to buy a model 5 years newer) I would definitely recommend them. Didn’t tell me what was wrong with my board but to replace it which I already knew there was problem with the board but no clue which component or parts needs replacing.
