Very friendly staff. And very informative
Really chill place. The service is pretty quick and the guys there will call upper management to get you the best deal they can. They also sell a motorcycle for like $20k, you can find a lot of cool stuff i side. Plus there’s Sammy the cat :)
I was trying to install a new SSD in a new computer and found I was missing a very small screw to hold the new SSD in place. I called several places including the computer manufacturer with no help at all. I call DC Computers and spoke with Chris, he said, no problem. "These screws are in different sizes so bring in the computer so I can give you the correct screw" which he did. My whole visit was about 5 minutes. My computer would not turn on so I took it to get it repaired here. They did diagnostics then explained all the issues with my laptop and the repairs they could do. Overhauled my computer and I was pleased to find they had a 6 month warranty and cleaned both the interior and exterior of my computer, making it look good as new. The new charger I received was missing the tail end but I was able to call and come back in to grab it with no issues at all. I have been using Dc Computers for over 15 years . I can't say enough about these guys. Every time i need service, every time i need to purchase , EVERY time i need help they have been there for me . I have bought over 12 computers from them , some for work and some for home. We even had them build a gaming computer for our son .
