I brought in my Lenovo Yoga because the screen was cracked. Since I was traveling and didn’t have time to leave the laptop there for several days, the technician suggested disabling the touchscreen. I misunderstood and thought he meant removing the broken glass. Only after I picked up the laptop did I realize he had simply disabled the touchscreen through Windows software. Excellent service reasonably priced!
Excellent! They cleaned a stuck key and tightened the hinge on my laptop and it was all done in about two hours. Would recommend.
Dropped my Apple Pencil and the half of the tip broke off inside the pencil. I was referred to here from the Best Buy Geek Squad after they were unable to help out. 10/10 would recommend and will come back if I have any other issues. Thanks!
