DC computers is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The customer service was great! My computer needed repairing immediately and they didn’t hesitate! They were extremely helpful, saved documents that appeared and weren’t saved which I wanted saved but my laptop broke so I couldn’t save, and charged me a reasonable (great) price for repair. I would definitely recommend them!!!
My laptop worked well for a little bit and then started having the same issues again. I had to fix it myself.
I brought my gaming laptop in due to a boot error. OS was completely corrupted. The technician, Darien was able to fix it. He put on new thermal paste, dusted out the laptop, backed up and restored my data, and reinstalled a clean copy of windows. He also sold me a 1TB Samsung T7 External SSD. Absolutely fantastic service all-around. I highly recommend these guys - they're friendly, professional, knowledgable and experienced. If you need your computer tuned-up or fixed, this is the place to go. Thank you guys so much!!!
