What an awesome experience dealing with Bob and his staff! Highly recommend ! During a very difficult and stressful time Bob was professional, helpful and friendly. He worked with our insurance to make sure everything went smoothly and repairs were done right. Both of our cars look brand new ~ great quality work !
Highly recommend DC Collision! I got in an accident last month and then spoke with the owner Bob and he took care of everything from there. He came and personally towed my car to the shop, the office coordinated with my insurance and kept me updated on the process and progress during repairs and got my car back to me in a timely manner. What really blew me away was how clean my car was when I got it back inside and out- it looks and feels like I just drove it off the lot. While I was taking my children to school one morning it was raining very bad and my truck hydroplaned into a vinyl fence. I was able to gain control of the truck and was able to stop. Most importantly non of my children were hurt , however my brand new truck had tons of body damage and I was very upset. I called DC Collision and they acted immediately!
