While I was taking my children to school one morning it was raining very bad and my truck hydroplaned into a vinyl fence. I was able to gain control of the truck and was able to stop. Most importantly non of my children were hurt , however my brand new truck had tons of body damage and I was very upset. I called DC Collision and they acted immediately! I was experiencing grief and loss leading to economic hardship and the owner was very kind and generous throughout this process. I was unemployed and alone and my car was my only form of transportation and he allowed me to not only pay a small deposit to get my car fixed, but he did not charge me storage fees while I got the remaining balance together.
