Prior to beginning services we explained to the gentleman that came to our house what we services were looking for regarding our chimney. He said if he could help us but for one of the services he would refer us to someone else. He then charged us $400 and did not complete ANY of the services that we discussed whatsoever. Then tried to upsell us on additional services that we were not interested in. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend this company.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Safe House. They are a fully organic company, the people re very professional. They came to clean my vents and saw that there was mold and bacteria in the system. Instead of giving me a price and making me decide on the spot to get that price, there was absolutely no pressure.I would highly recommend giving them a try!
This company is very accommodating with price and timeliness. The servicer left my vents immaculate. They provided great customer service and education about their services rendering. I would definitely recommend and will comeback. Thank you!
