Horrible experience. Stated after the job was done that they couldn't accept credit cards. (Even though they advertise they do) After the carpet dried it was still dirty. They had the nerve to charge extra $25.00 for "deep clean" what a rip off. Called the company but they refused to come back and correct the poor job they did. Yet they owner advertised a satisfaction guaranteed if you use them. Once they forced me to go to the bank and withdrawal the cash they were done with me. They knew I would have no recourse.
