Facility is extremely dirty
I made an appointment with Will Thursday night for Friday at 5:30. I have never been to DC before. I was mostly ignored when I walked in except for Will immediately telling me that he was going to pick up his grandkids when he was done with his current haircut and another Barbour would cut my son’s hair. We waited for over 20 minutes before we were informed that they didn’t have time to do my son‘s hair and that we could possibly get it done Saturday or Monday. Horrible and embarrassing experience I will never go back.
Ask for Kevin. He does excellent work.
DC barbershop is good and great place to be , however, never ever let ADAM to touch or barber your hair. He's actually not a barber I guess. I showed him a picture of what i wanted and how i want my hair to look like, he actually gave me a different haircut from what i showed him and spoiled my hair that i have actually been keeping for a very long time. Don't book appointment with ADAM for haircut at DC barbershop.
