My AC went out during this heatwave, and I was worried for my kids and dogs in the house with the temperature rapidly increasing. I called Jason and he came out immediately. Jason accessed the issue and fixed it with in 2 minutes. Jason is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you Jason for the quick response and quick fix! I am so thankful for DC AC air-conditioning! They have great people who thoroughly check to determine the problem, ,explain exactly what’s wrong, solutions.and fix it quickly at a reasonable price. They don’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I had the company who installed my air conditioner check it because I was having water leakage.
