Really hard to make appointments. They have no affective gender affirming care for the tgnc workers. Their prices for medication, insurance plans, and healthcare is outrageous, that I preferred to be on Medicaid. They thieve off innocent workers, claiming to fighting for our workers rights.
If I was able to put Zero stars I would but this is the only option. Kindly called in the morning asking for a referral and was rudly hung up on. There is no reason to be so rude this early in the morning. Clearly read all the review and they are right. No sense of customer service and they shouldn't be working there with that type of attitude.
I just went to the dentist for the first time in 10 years. I walked in feeling extremely self conscious and nervous. The staff there was incredibly informative. They gave me the care I needed without any judgement and they made me feel so comfortable speaking about my health. The hygienist was absolutely the best I have ever had. All the staff was great and scheduling appointments was so easy.
I’ve been going here for over 10 years and have never had to deal with staff like I have today. I find it very wrong to schedule emergency appointments knowing that nothing can be done it’s a waste of time. (I’m sure they know this) I was told my assigned oral doctor is the only one that can help me and that I will have to wait to get an appointment with him for them to do anything at all.
