He filed a motion for a bond based on the grounds that my ex was “needed for parental support because he was a vital witness in a sexual assault case in which his child was the victim, & his daughter attempted suicide & was hospitalized.” This man NEVER showed up for our daughter, never checked on her, didn’t even answer a phone call when she was hospitalized again after he was released for those circumstances. If the ratings could go higher I would absolutely do so. Cannot say how much both David and his paralegal Danielle has helped me. Endless phone calls, messages and emails made sure we had a constant line of communication even after hours of operation.
