I highly recommend Leo. Having knowing him professionally for several years, I've seen firsthand his warmth, skill, and commitment to evidence-based care, particularly in DBT for youth and young adults. He excels in supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/Autism) and provides a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients. Leo is smart, adaptable, validating, and so supportive. It can be hard to find a clinician who checks so many boxes during such trying times in the world. Given the current mental health crisis we're seeing, the need for people who are suffering from dysregulation, LGBTQ people at risk of losing their rights, the invalidation of our current political climate, and the need for an accessible DBT therapist, I refer to Leo when I can.
