Leo is smart, adaptable, validating, and so supportive. It can be hard to find a clinician who checks so many boxes during such trying times in the world. Given the current mental health crisis we're seeing, the need for people who are suffering from dysregulation, LGBTQ people at risk of losing their rights, the invalidation of our current political climate, and the need for an accessible DBT therapist, I refer to Leo when I can.
Leo is such a skilled and compassionate therapist with comprehensive advance training in DBT! His work with teen & adult clients navigating emotion dysregulation, trauma, and anxiety is thoughtful and effective. Especially with clients in the LGBTQIA+ & Jewish community. Highly recommend!
