I had a major leak in my roof on July 3. I called numerous companies and were told that they couldn’t schedule me for some time after July 4. I couldn’t wait. I called DBS Roofing and they were excellent. Dylan, the owner’s son, came to my house with 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and had his roofer, Pasquale, to my home 30 minutes later. DBS Roofing did a great job on my roof! Very professional, punctual, excelent quality, they went beyond my expectations! The owner Debbie was personally in contact and involved every step of the way, making the whole process smooth, without stress! Dylan was always available involved and on site. I can asure you that DBS is a trustworthy company. I give them a five start review, and they can count with my recomendation!

Hire with extreme caution: I waited patiently before posting a review, I am not a fan of conflict, however, the lack of communication is no longer tolerable. We are still waiting on updates of several projects. We have not received final payments from DBS for completed projects. We have not been able to update customers with projects that are still in progress and that have possibly been abandoned/rejected. Customers who had been approved for credit lines were caught in the wake of project mismanagement which impacted their ... read more
