Not sure how this place has stars....maybe used a different barber. But we went here and we told the guy our grandson wanted to keep his curls just trim the length. Not only did he not listen he started to shave our grandson hair off. Nobody said to shave, just trim length. When I asked why he started to shave it.He said so the curls had somewhere to lay.... what the heck is he was talking about we have no idea? i dont care who sees this, just got a haircut and it was absolutely horrible ive never asked to keep my hair long before and the one time i do my barber cuts it terribly short. When i showed pictures of the haircut i wanted i was laughed at, seems in that moment he decided he wasn’t going to do the haircut i asked or he couldn’t remember what i asked for because of the constant breaks to go smoke.
