Chop shop i will explain after spending thousands of dollars bringing car back because it was supposedly another problem that was not diagnosed either of the many times the final straw they did something to lock the hood of the car and it couldn't be opened. Said they couldn't do anything to fix the problem that they caused. This is a chop shop. I will explain I spent thousands of dollars attempting to get my grandsons BMW repaired to no avail. Kept going back because they had better pricing but their goal was to keep us coming back for more money. The final straw they locked the hood where it couldn't be opened and refused to fix the problem that they caused. Said nothing they could do not their problem.
