Dave is such a great guy! As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous, and he walked us through step by step. When some parts of the inspection could not be completed, he advised us against doing it that day, even though it was an inconvenience to him. It was an impressive show of integrity and commitment to his work. We really appreciated Dave's hard work and knowledge and we'll absolutely be calling him again when the sellers have actually finished the work on the house.
Dave did a great job. He took his time and I felt he really inspected the house like he was the one buying it. He took the extra time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend using DBL!
