I'm just going to post my conversation with David Barry Logan of Durham, NC former resident of Danville, VA. and you decide if you want to do business with him. Bottom line, my sister Paula and I paid him to do non profit paperwork for us. He never started the process after receiving our $280. I never bash people, if you know me, you know I promote EVERYONE.
