DBJ Inspections does an amazing job. Their reports are so detailed that I use their reports as a blueprint for needed repairs and/or improvements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DBJ to anyone looking for the best inspection available. Thanks DBJ
Inspector missed indications of a water leak that was evident around toilet. Soft tiles, grout discoloration, rust stains and even some areas that had silicon sealent to cover. Major biohazzord restoration required. 90 day warranty pointless. Submitted all documentation then told submit to insurance company.
DBJ inspected our home prior to closing. After we moved in, we noticed the tile floor around the toilet was spongy. After looking around toilet base, we could see significant discoloration of the grout and evidence of water that had been there for some time as confirmed by the restoation company called. This is something I would expect experienced inspectors to be knowlegible of what to look for. The 90 day warranty turned out to be none existant. Fill out a claim, and then told submit to insurance. Not recommended.
