Ashton Tenly will take your money for charges that aren't from you! We went through 2 landlords (our place sold while we were renting) then management was handed over to Ashton Tenly. When we originally moved in, there were several things wrong with our place. I emailed the original landlord updates that we had found 1 week after moving in, and he didn't update it, nor did he have photos to show the buyer. Do not rent from Aston Tenly!! My wife and I moved in there and the house was totally thrashed. Hand rails were missing pieces and banister rails were falling out. The clothes dryer they advertised with the property burned our clothes and we ended up using our own dryer since they wouldn't come fix theirs. We thought we caught all the damages with in the 7 day reporting period after move in, but there was just so much we didn't catch it all. Your rental on Kathryn is where my chihuahua female dog was stolen. She has been spayed & microchiped. If any of your employees knows who has her, let us know. If the reward is big, i know someone will call. 7-12-14 saturday the dog was missing! She has been in the family many years & been loved & never tryed to run away.

Horrible company to do business with. Very calculating and deceiving. They care nothing for the tenants just your money. Be very cautious when renting from them. It's all nice and friendly up until you move out. That's when the nightmare begins. Please, PLEASE document everything that is wrong with the house. Take pictures and videos of the property from top to bottom. With this company, communicate through email only! You need to document everything. Phone calls won't do you justice. Worst company to rent from, please stay away. If you do rent from them please take before and after pictures of everything. If they don't want to do the walk through make sure you put done that EVERYTHING is broken. They will charge you for everything at the end and take your whole deposit and then some. If any issue arise and you need to speak with someone the only one person that you can talk to is Jaime. Horrible Landlord – If you can help it do not rent from them. As a landlord they do not take care of their properties to upkeep the basic necessities. They are hard to get hold of when it comes to problems with the property, are not willing to work with tenants who want to do upkeep of the house, In short they are not willing to invest anything, only to get your money! Be very careful & stay away!!
