The worst & oddest experience I've ever encountered with doing taxes. I start off calling in early Jan & no one picked up till early Feb & the gal there stated they were booked 2 weeks out. So I called back after 2 weeks & the same gal said she could get me in the next day but only in person. Well, I live 8hrs away & that was not possible & asked for a later date, she declined.
