I've always heard about how hard it is to deal with a woman in menopause and today marks the day I have been scarred for life. Dealing with Monica, the broad who answers the phones, is a total nightmare. All my thoughts and prayers - god have mercy on this establishment.
My landlord forced me to use this company for a simple plaster/paint repair. DBD made me wait 3 weeks till they could get someone to my apt. The woman who made the appt, Monica, was very nice. On the day of the appt, after I had dismantled the apt, no one showed up or called me. I called them; it turns out the painter just didn't come into work that day. Furious, I asked to speak to Monica's mgr, Liz. She was a total witch, yelled at me, and told me it was not her problem or her job (!!!) that no one showed up. I am still wa... read more
