DO NOT BUY dbci DOORS THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT. I BOUGHT OVER 200 DOORS. THEY WERE SCRATCHED AND DENTED AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME JUST KEPT PUTTING ME OFF NOW THEY WILL NOT RESPOND.
I purchased springs for my self-storage doors from DBCI because they were recommended by the repair man. It took over a month to receive the springs, they were shipped to the wrong address and when I opened the package one of the springs had a manufacturing defect. The springs were manufactured by a different company so I contacted them, they said I would have to contact DBCI for a replacement or credit.
